Staying at Quinta in Aguieira was mostly enjoyable. The riverside view from the room was stunning, making mornings special. I loved the spa area with the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of activities. The outdoor patio was beautiful for meals, and I appreciated the breakfast's generous variety. The staff were attentive, quick to assist with any requests. there were some issues worth noting. The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. I found spider webs in the bathroom. the hot water in the shower was often tepid, making it hard for a relaxing rinse. Dinner had inconsistencies. I experienced undercooked dishes once, affecting the experience. Despite these hiccups, the charm of the location and the quality of the food kept me hopeful for a return visit.

Both a hit and a miss
Exceptional view over the Mondego River, providing breathtaking scenery both day and night. The restaurant offered delightful meals and the attentive staff made our stay memorable.
Spa access was limited, which diminished the overall relaxation experience. we faced noise disturbances from the nearby highway, affecting our comfort.

The riverside view from the room was stunning, providing a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and offered a great spot to lounge around, especially on a warm day.
There were some issues with the shower. the hot water was often tepid, making it less than ideal for a proper rinse. The spa access was quite limited, only allowing 40-minute sessions, which frustrated those wanting to take full advantage of the facilities. it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it required getting up to prepare for breakfast.

The views from my spacious suite were absolutely breath-taking, with panoramic sights of the river that stole my heart. Every morning began with delightful breakfasts featuring fresh fruits, delectable pastries, and a unique crepe machine that added a fun twist. The intimate dining experience on the restaurant's outdoor balcony created magical evenings, where the atmosphere was enhanced by the tranquil sounds of nature.

Stunning views and a relaxing stay!
I really enjoyed my stay with the beautiful views from the large windows in my room, which had great light and offered a stunning sunset every evening. The staff, especially Antonio, made the experience even better with their warm professionalism. The breakfast had a good variety and was plentiful, which was a nice way to start the day. I wish the spa facilities were fully accessible during my stay for more relaxation options.

The food at the restaurant was a delightful journey for my taste buds. every dish was a flavour explosion! The suite was spacious with breathtaking sunset views, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.
But let's keep it real. the shower water was tepid or sometimes useless, and the top of the wardrobe could use a good dusting. A few coat-hangers wouldn’t hurt, either! Still, those quirks added character.

I loved chilling in the spa's jacuzzi and steam room after a long day of exploring, and the views from my room's balcony were just stunning! The only thing I wished for was a bit more organization in the bike storage area, but it didn’t take away from my experience at all. Definitely try the restaurant for a tasty meal before you head out! 😄
